You can search for a SCNGA member in two ways:
1. Enter the last name of a member. (eg. Mitani, Shintaku)
2. Enter the members club ID. (eg. WS, ACE)

When you enter a club ID you will get a list of all members in that club.
You can get the club ID at Clubs or by clicking on the Golf Clubs tab.
